Listen thanks for everything EVERYBODY!! Everybody has gave an opinion and a little help(in their own unique way)... I dont want this POST to get out of control!! Please all I really wanted to know was a good grocery list to buy at the supermarket... Like what to get and how much of it!! I STAY AWAY FROM SUGAR!!! Please help me out or if you want e-mail me with a clean bulking diet thanks! THANK YOU ALL!

hey man, if others start attacking eachother it is not your fault. my previous posts on here i was just messing with you. my last piece of advice and you know this is just be patient, eat right, train right and your golden. goodluck bro with everything and im sending you some karma for posting your pics, takes guts. peace
 
Well one last question!! When bulking up and trying to keep some definition or lets say no LOVE HANDLES how many:
CARBS / PROTEIN / FAT / SODIUM should I be intaking per day!! Remember I just weighed myself today and I weigh 165 lbs not 170 lbs so please EVERYBODY help me out to the best of their knowledge!! Thanks a BUNCH!!
 
OMFG, what a shock I was right you don't weigh 170 (as I said in my original post), must be some of my ignorance coming out.
 
power, seriously you need to focus on eating more and training your back/legs/chest like crazy. The split that works best for me is: arms/legs/chest/back/shoulders/rest/ Keep in mind that I eat like a pig but no fast food.

powergenics: you look like you've got good genetics for keeping low bodyfat. Nobody is telling you to go eat shit food and get fat. If you eat more complex carbs, tons of protein, and essential fats you'll grow muscle. If you see more fat gain than you want, scale back on simple carbs first. If you eat the right food, and plenty of it, you won't get fat. You just have to be watching yourself in the mirror to judge yourself.

Guess you got tired of me bustin you up, so you last-resorted me with the red karma eh loser?! Dude, you have to be like 13 years old to pull some shit like that. And if you aren't, then that is just WAY sad. You're the kind of guy who gets his Mom to call the school when he is getting picked on---and i say that because I assume you're still in high school.
