Approved Log Rebuilding my body • Anavar cycle

I would like a few things.

Nutrition start logging your diet, food, meals what you eat and when and what food, with your condition diet is SUPER key. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

training ? that's all you're doing just rings? and resistance training what does that look like?

Also add a picture face blurred so we can see whats your plan.

lastly you're not on trt right? so you will need pct after this cycle or to get on some trt
Thanks for the guidance:

Breakfast: 3-6 pasture raised eggs, occasionally ground beef, fruit, coffee with cream & sugar
Lunch: Fruit, cottage cheese OR grass fed beef, beef-liver with maple syrup, an egg OR oysters
Dinner: Rice and beef or lamb, sour-cream, home-made tortillas, or einkorn pasta with ground beef and other alternating meals
Snacks in-between meals as needed and home-made ice-cream and sometimes a mexican coca cola with a meal.

Training: Calisthenics with olympic rings, jaquishbiomedical.com/x3-bar

I'm not nor have I ever been on TRT. I unwisely used some steroids as a late-teen till 20yrs old. 36yrs of age currently. When I return from a long upcoming trip where I'll be training daily and eating well I'm going to get a TRT consult via marekhealth.com

NOTE:

I honestly don't know if Oxandrolone/Anavar will work with me as I am on thyroid meds for hypothyroidism. But, I'm giving it a hopeful try. I'm not sure if anyone here is an expert on the correlations between AAS (especially oxandrolone) and thyroid health. But, if so I'd love to hear how they've adjust thyroid dosage when inputting non-aromatizing steroids like Ox/Var. I've been working with a specialist but they are clueless in this area of the combination of AAS/Thyroid meds.

"when you have a non aromatizing androgen you're going to reduce TBG, increase thyroid function (hyperthyroid) and lower TSH." - youtu.be/dUWX_xjFUCk?t=450

"Thyroid-binding globulin levels may be decreased, resulting in lower total T4 serum levels and increased resin uptake of T3 and T4."

"Anavar is a unique anabolic steroid in relation to fat loss, due to it having a stimulative effect on Triiodothyronine (T3) levels link.springer.com/article/10.1007/s004310050563

Anavar increases T3 by inhibiting TBG (thyroid-binding globulin) and elevating TBP (thyroxine-binding prealbumin). This process effectively increases the conversion of T4 to T3. This is good news for bodybuilders, as T4 (Thyroxine) is the inactive thyroid hormone, and T3 is the hormone that stimulates fat loss."

thanks for finally sharing Beligas anavar is top gun I'm on it from d-s
That's exactly what I have on the way; Beligas, Anavar-Lite from D-S. I'm excited yet still skeptical on whether or not it'll be pure as it seems to be the most widely faked AAS according to everyone and influencers like More Plates More Dates, Vigorous Steve, and etc. I hear Anavar can still test positive/authentic even if it has other things in it like winstrol - just as long as it can pop positive for a little bit of Anavar. This is all "I've heard" and it may not be accurate - just processing out loud. I tried to get a script for pharmaceutical grade but wasn't able to. Still trying.

cortico steroids are the absolute devil. they are handed out like candy and should never be used long term unless you are towards the end of your life.

good luck on your recovery man
100%. I was put on them as a toddler and was on-off them throughout my entire life up until 2.5yrs ago. In 2013 my body stopped responding to them and I thought my skin condition was worsening. This was false. My body was addicted to them and became resistant to the medium potency ones I was using. The negligent doctor put my on an ultra potent one for 7yrs straight saying it would cause no harm. It destroyed my life. Topical steroid withdrawal is beginning to become more well known but only .5-1% of dermatologists/MDs recognize it. They still hand steroids out like candy and people get addicted to them. It's terrible.

some doctors just stopped caring. they are just not good at their job

gotta find a GOOD doctor who is motivated. you either are gonna find that in younger doctors or ones that are truly good at their job. the doctors i go to are who pro athletes go to. when i had my injuries i went to the same guy who the Houston Astros use.

@elhu87 if you're going on TRT might be a help but why do you need a consult? Just use 100mgs testosterone enanthate/week that's all you need.

Breakfast: 3-6 pasture raised eggs, occasionally ground beef, fruit, coffee with cream & sugar
Lunch: Fruit, cottage cheese OR grass fed beef, beef-liver with maple syrup, an egg OR oysters

@elhu87 your diet needs a lot of work

breakfast: don't eat fruit, go with eggs and oatmeal and a few walnuts, drop the sugar from coffee
lunch: dont eat liver in your situation, NEVER eat oysters thats filter feeders they are bad for you.
dinner: tortillas made from what?
snack: ice cream and coca cola? all has to go, replace with nuts and blueberries , thinks walnuts almonds

Your diet is low on omega 3 fats, low on proper fiber and many issues.

Also, what probiotics brand you taking?
what digestive enzymes you taking?
what fiber you drinking, psyllium husk apple pectin?
are you taking organ liver support like n2guard?
