Ok, I am ready to start my next cycle but I have a few injuries. At 45 yrs old though this is the norm. I have bursitis in elbow and significant pain when training triceps but can do certain triceps training (not what I prefer) and sore knee but can train legs anyway.
Was thinking about a Test/Tren/Winny cycle but am now considering just doing a Var/NPP cycle and work around injuries.
I just got on NAISD's today. Should I give it a few weeks. Or just start and train carefully.
I have done several cycles 190lbs very low body fat always looking to gain lean mass never bulk up.
