Ready to start cycle, which one?

Ok, I am ready to start my next cycle but I have a few injuries. At 45 yrs old though this is the norm. I have bursitis in elbow and significant pain when training triceps but can do certain triceps training (not what I prefer) and sore knee but can train legs anyway.

Was thinking about a Test/Tren/Winny cycle but am now considering just doing a Var/NPP cycle and work around injuries.

I just got on NAISD's today. Should I give it a few weeks. Or just start and train carefully.

I have done several cycles 190lbs very low body fat always looking to gain lean mass never bulk up.

Hey bro, I'd stay away from winnie if you have problems with your joints. Why don't you do a test and var cycle. 250/500mg test P/W and 40mg var. Do a solid PCT to make sure you recover properly. what cycles have you done in the past?

I'm sure a mod will give u better advice but theres my two cents.
 
At 45 - you're too damn old to be lifting weights and taking steroids........

Can you give us some more info on what your long term goals are?
How long have you been lifting ? What is your routine?
How much do your injuries hinder heavy lifting? Diet, etc.

We are here to help. But we need as much info on you as possible, to better assess your needs, then give you some recommendations.
 
def no on the winny if your joints are bad

and i personally i wouldnt use nsaids regularly if i was taking liver/kidney toxic aas
 
with tren make sure you drink alot of water...if not your joints will get stiff and soar..
 
LOL funny, Thanks. Just trying to get some lean muscle. No specific weight like to add some size but always watch diet to stay lean.

Been lifting since 15 yrs old never miss. Addicted Cycled when I was 19 thru 23 stopped for 17 years. Slowly started back after shoulder surgery also had elbow surgery.

My tendency is to lift too heavy. My routines are short and intense for back I'll warm up and then do 4 sets pulldown with max weight or reduce weight as go for 8 reps, then 3 sets rows max weight, 2 sets dumb rows 2 sets shrugs. Thats it for back I don't work up in weight start with heaviest I can for 8-10 and sometimes 6. And it is very heavy for my bodyweight. Kinds like below.

Last cycle was 80 mgs Var/day and 180 mgs NPP/EOD, thats when strained elbow. Bench went up to 325 lbs fro 2 sets of 5 at 200lbs.

My thoughts are stick to sets of 10-12. I have always trained to failure and love the heavy weight.

I can still lift heavy on all except triceps, love nose breakers but just can't do em anymore. I am not totally incapacitated. And thought a cycle might help plus the fact that I am ready.

Was thinking test/tren/var?? But might need Var/NPP??

Is that enough info?

You haven't run a cycle in 17 years? So go as heavy as you can without causing pain. My cycle suggestion would be to run:

*Week 1-10 Test E /C - 400mg/wk
*Week 1-8 Deca 200mg/ wk.
This is mostly for joint support and pain relief. That dose won't bloat you,
but it will lube up your joints. It will also shut you down so Test is a must.
*Week 4-10 Anavar 40-60mg/ED
*Week 1-12 Proviron .50mg/ EOD

Be sure to have Adex, Cabergoline, and HCG on hand BEFORE you start cycle.

*Week 1-10: Run caber .5mg E4D.
Adex .25mg 2 X wk. or as needed. Don't take more then you need.
Less is better.

*Week 4 -12 HCG, 500 iu's 2 X wk. Keeps your Balls from shrinking.

You should consider TRT/HRT after cycle. If not then plan out your PCT.
we can offer suggestions on that too.

I only have Prop/ NPP so How's this

Prop/NPP 125mg EOD and Var 80 mg ED. I only go six weeks, better recovery for me. And no need for Adex with this cycle. Never have issues so don't use Dostinex either. Never have errection issues so won't use provirion.

Otherwise will use hcg and nolv long after npp is out of system. Good?
 
Don't take winny if you have injuries bro.

npp or deca would be much better.

Warm up your injured parts using VERY light weight for at least 15 min before you even think of adding weight.

I've had rotator cuff, knee, pec, and ankle injuries and I've trained them all back to health, but I'm overly careful now. The first thing I do is grab the 5lb plates and do rotator cuff exercises for at least 10 min. I don't give a fuck how stupid it looks. The same with my knee, except I warm up on the bike or do leg extensions for 100 reps using the lightest weight.

The key is getting lots of blood through those joints before you start and to listen to your body.

sound to me like you know your bado and have a good plan. I'd stick with this one you mentioned. I'd difinately go with npp over the winnt esp if you have even minor joint issues. even though I'm in my late 20's i feel like i have to at least give you my opinion/advice.

Shit, we're getting all kinds of good info now...POPS ! :)

Why the short cycle? Bad idea IMO, especially when running Deca, NPP or Dura

No AI's at ALL??? I don't get that one. Test and deca require some form of estrogen control.

I would urge you to use Caber and Proviron. Not just for boners, but more for prolactin and anti-estrogen issues. Why in the world would you risk Deca dick or Gyno?

Doses look pretty strong, but only you know you. More concerned about NO AI's and shortness of cycle. Nolva won't help much with Deca. Nolva SUCKS!
That's why I recommended Adex or Aromasin.

Lastly what are your post cycle plans? HCG needs to be started before the end of NPP.
