i'm a "practicing" christian. you tend to forget that i am a new testament chrsitian. things have changed as far as the cutting hair and such goes. i don't have a problem with gays in general, i just have a problem with them being preachers or priests. that's all.

sushi, find a new argument. On this basis, people should be ranting about heterosexuality and special rights because of what happens every night on Bourbon Street in New Orleans. We should be following every approving statement about het sex with some bullshit qualifiers about public sex.

We KNOW you don't like gay parades. Too bad. Nobody's going to make generalizations about heterosexuality on the basis of tit and dick displaying breeders on Bourbon Street -- unless they're from Mars. And, from my perspective, you are a Martian when you talk about homosexuality.

MB, did i say i agreed with everything breeders do? no, some breed just to get a welfare check and live off of our taxes. there's plenty of immoratity going on down at bourbon street, on both sides. i think public displaying of sex is wrong on any account. keep it private out of public view. as for being a martian, let me just say, "Take me to your leader." lol, sorry i had to throw it in there. you may not see it but i am really trying to show i am impartial here. my point is sex(physicall intercourse or the pleasuring of one person by another or others) should be done in private out of public view no matter what sexual preference you are. get my point, i hope so. case closed.

Case closed? I dont' think you get my point. You GENERALIZE about homosexuality. Nobody's generalizing about heterosexuality on the basis of the same behavior you enlist as an argument for you generalization about homosexuality.

You called the way 5-10 percent of the population loves an abomination. You say we can't hold religious office (better put in a really quick call to the Vatican). This is not impartial. You even enlist God as your first witness, but won't provide the transcript.

Does any of this make you homophobic? I really don't care. It's a word. It means that you stand in judgement and claim to speak for God.

you reopened the case. do i speak for God? does the pope speak for God? no, he sits all high and mighty with god status and peopel worship him. so what he says is ok does'nt neccesarily mean anything to the rest of the religious world. same with what i said. no , i don't speak for God, he speaks for himself, i just tell you what he says. i told johnny i would look that up later and i will. i've seen to have touched a button here, MB, i don't have anything against you. maybe i did generalize but i want you to show me where.
