Ive been doing a little research lately..on hmb..was wondering what your thoughts on it were?? Its kind of like creatine..i hear both good and bad stuff about it...read some interesting articles on it, but I was wondering if you have any experience w/ it or think its just bs..and a waste..Not really planning on taking it, just curious and would like to know from your intelligent perspecitve etc.... tnks

I second that. Both my girlfriend and I have tried HMB and found it to be the biggest waste of money ever. That Bill Phillips sure does know how to market crap...
