I've usually always done incline for my chest because everyone always said that would put the most mass on your chest. Well know my upper chest is pretty big but my lower chest sucks. It doesn't really look cut up at all it just looks big especially from the side. Anyway would benching first make my chest look bigger and cut from head on? By the weigh I'm 6' 212lbs about 15% body fat. My max was 275 on incline.
 
i would alternate incline(if you want to keep them in) with something else...here's what i would do
week a- decline bench
week b- incline bench
week c- decline bench
week d- flat bench
and so on....
but since your lower chest is being neglected i would do more decline than incline. this isn't set in stone but gives your the opportunity to work everything and not neglect much. i hope this helps brotha!! tb
