Eh guys, got a question for you guys, has anyone here ever been treated by a Chiropracter while on a cycle?
I foo'd my lower back up nice and good from deadlifting a few weeks ago. Anyways I have had some tests done with the chiropracter, and he has started to adjust my lower back, I guess I was twisted nice and good. i go twice a week, and am getting adjusted about 1mm each visit.
The thing is that my whole body is really responding to the adjustments. Hips, and and torso, and spine are adapting to the new positions, and there is lots of compensating that has been going on that is being released. I am honestly starting to feel better after each visit, although the first ones I just felt really fucked up, like I couldnt even walk straight! lol.
Now the thing is that I am continuing these for 1 month and having a re-evaluation. I am planning on starting a cycle TOMORROW. Havent been on in over 1 year, so as you can imagine I am looking forward to this. My question is, will the added weight, and muscle-growth cause any problems while I am getting adjusted over the course of a month? My thinking is that it will be actually be good for me, but just want to be sure. Any info from anyone. Like I say, at first I felt really unstable, but now its getting better, and the doc told me its key that I keep training. He says I should be moving my spine and strengthening my back in its new positions. But I am going to be "really" strengthening it, especially when the dbol starts kickin in lol... Just wondering if anyone thinks this is a bad idea. I really hope not, seeing as how this cycle has been pushed back for about 3 months now! grrrr.
Thanks.
Mavy
p.s. Did you guys know that Franco Columbo is a Chiropractic Doctor? I had no idea, but I was reading a Chiropracter book while waiting to get adjusted the other day, and I read a little blurb on him. He is a Doctor, and still runs a small practise out of California now. It showed a pretty cool pic of him deadlifting 780lbs. His spine is in amazing health even at his age i guess. You wouldnt think so with all the heavy lifting that guy has went through. lol. Just found it kinda intersting.
