Pumping Iron is an all time classic, it has its 'gay' moments but in my opinion it just makes it funnier.

Big give me a break. Pumping Iron is a classic in the bodybuilding community. Camaraderie is not gay, and thats what those guys had. They were friends during the off season, but fierce warriors come time for competition.

Those guys are the legends of this sport, not to be disrespected by some homophopic net poster.

All I can say is that I was alittle dissapointed when I saw it recently after so many yerars of hearing it hyped up. Still worth a watch tho.

What are the extra scenes like in the new version?

I never saw it, but Pumping Iron 2: The Women was great. All the women in it came to the theater when I saw it. Pretty cool. That one Bev Francis was a total dude.
