So I know the scale can play games with you but I just finished my third week of test e (250 mg a week) and so far I am up between 8-10 lbs. (I like to give the range to cover the daily weight flux) I am currently at 220 on the nose and I am still as hard as when I started. (Bout 13% bf at 5'8) I feel full and strong and I hope to keep growing. So far no noticeable bloat or water retention etc. Everything is going great. I just wanted to share my excitement with the ef crew and thank everyone foe their help and support.

WHY? he's doing good if he stalls halfway thru the cycle then bump it up ,but right now gains are good and he doesn't have to deal with sides!

^^^^exactly.. more is not always better , as Radar is stating here. Remember : Diet is 50% Training is 40% and AAS is 10%. Bottom line is that if you are not training or eating properly you will not gain. I just started a very similar cycle heres hoping I yield the same results congrats bro thats awesome! And yes they are overly helpful on here so glad I found this forum radar has provided alot of info for me as well. Thank you!

Cant go wrong following the advice from those two. And count me in for the 'low' dose crowd.

Hey just one lil tip is that the weight gain will slow down a bit but you should continue to get stronger, pack on muscle and notice results in the mirror.
 
250 mgs will make your test higher than most every human male who is natural. It's ridiculous to think you wouldn't make gains. But just as there's a placebo effect to get results, there's a psychological effect that holds back results. People think they need 500 mgs of 3 compounds. Then to make it worse, they sit on their ass for 6 weeks until it "kicks in!" lol!!!
 
Thanks so much everyone!! I didn't mean to leave u out judo Tom. U have been a big help as well and thanks a ton Arabian!! I really appreciate that! I am gonna try to get some pics up. I have to find some way to scale them down. Ha ha. Work hard on diet and training and great things will happen. I have almost two more months to put on some quality size and then its a 16 week diet for my first bb comp. I know I will hit a sticking point at some time bit that's okay. I am a patient gainer. At my level any good clean gains is a positive. I would be happy with ten net pounds and any over that is just a bonus. I will continue to keep everyone posted on my progress. Thanks!

I would bump it to 500 /wk.

Completely unnecessary. Especially if he is getting good results where he is at.
More importantly results he is happy with. Its distressing to see the first thing people say to improve cycles or to change cycles up for first timers is to double the dose. Its irresponsible advice.

I appreciate it man!! I may be young but I have been after it a long time. I have worked very very hard to get where I am and that's the way I like to so things. There is no short cut or easy way to get quality gains!
