Each are good in different ways and will yield similar results, though plant proteins tend to be inferior.

But the BEST protein source isn't listed -- it's super plasma serum.

Only 2 products contain it. BIG BLAST powder or GEAR capsules.

Nice post! and as per i know that it’s a fact that when you are working out in the gym your body gets exhausted and needs energy to keep going or to recover. The rate of absorption for the protein is essential. If you’re looking for quality protein powder, you can go to energyfirst.com for your needs. Maximize your workout with a good protein drink. It will benefit you in the end.

Protein throughout the day: whole foods, especially eggs and meat.

Post workout: SPP, PeptoPro, and Whey

for a hunger buster shake during the day or night: casein, egg, milk, whey mix

This is the only site I have every seen someone talk about Super Plasma Protein, but I haven't seen ANY research on it. Does anyone other than The Protein Factory and Gear plug this form of protein? PeptoPro is just another word that the Protein Factory has decided to derive from the word Peptide Protein, which is the word most people are familiar with. There are many other products with di and tri Peptides in them; one of my favorites being Optimum Nutrition's Pro Gainer.
