proper usage for PH supps?

if this has already been covered refer me to the post and i'll delete this one.

i know little to nothing about them, thinking of starting to take a pro-hormone but i would like some info on them first. i found a website that gave me a little bit of information about them...but i'm such a noob with regards to this.

if you can help me, please do.
 
Any idea's on a paticular PH, or do you just want to pop some pills? There's a lot of different ones out there, give us an idea of what you are looking at.
 
honestly, i don't know. i've heard things about 4-ad, 1-ad, 19nor-1ad or something like that....if there's a website that you know of that might be able to educate me a little more that'd be great.

what i want to do is gain muscle size, density, lean muscle mass, vascularity. i don't want to take steroids or growth hormone's. currently i'm taking creatine - been on it for almost a full year (cycling of course) and i'm happy with the results but i'm looking for something a little more.

i may also be completely off on calling them pro-hormone's given that fact that i've been au natural for the past six years and haven't had much interest in the supplemental world. i just got into it about a year ago taking protein, mrps, glutamine, creatine, etc...

1-AD definitely works. It's also expensive.

4-Ad and Nordiol are cheapest administered transdermally. 1-Ad/1-test is cheapest orally.
