I've been in this game a long time. Right now you need a plan.
Get a note pad & paper
Go to the diet board learn the foods you need to put on muscle & grow(Fail to plan=plan to fail)
Right now with training & proper form (if you're not doing it-learn)
You can easily pack on the pounds
Also Go to nutritionexpress.com
add a couple of hi-protein shakes into your meal planning you are garanteed to grow!
