posture correction

pilates, yoga, and other classes will improve it along with weightlifting and stretching. just remember you are in control of how your own posture is. make sure to keep chest out back straight and head up. (i had this problem a few years ago too, but my dad helped correct me). After heavy deads and rows you wont have the shoulder problem.
