I noticed this includes maltodextrin as the carb source - would maltodextrin be better than glucose for postworkout?
I was thinking of making a custom order with dextrose/whey - would that not be better for post workout? Shuttle amino acids to muscles quicker?
Hey solid, you said you liked the night-time formula from proteinfactory? Are you ok with it containing 25% soy? I was going to make my own custom order of whey, casein, egg, maybe 60%/20%/20%. Will that be too thick? I DONT want to get 20lbs of crap in that I cant eat cuz it's too thick and disgusting
