Whan I cut I eat 40g dextrose with 10g protein post workout(30 minutes after) then 1 hour later I eat 50g of whey protein. I do this not to slow down the dextrose to muc(protein slows down GI) and actually don't think you would need more post workout. Anyone do like this or do you eat like 100g dextrose with 60g whey postworkout, do you notice any difference?
