Interesting reading about the creatinine formation in creatine. One of my brothers who is a general practitioner told me that I should probably stay away from creatine, even though there aren't any conclusive studies to show that it does harm. He told me to stay away b/c lately he has seen an influx of young men coming in with kidney failures, and they were all taking creatine. I'm not sure which form though. Coincidence or creatine? Who knows.

I might have to try the big blast again. I cycled off it and coffee b/c I thought maybe the N02 was causing my headache. Yet, the damn thing still nags me. Another brother of mine is going to put a nerve block on the side where it hurts(anesthetic) so that the cycle of my tension headaches can be stopped. Anyways, so you think that the Big blast has to be cycled since it has creatine in it?
