i bulked last year for my comps went from 132 to 148 of that i added 10lbs of muscle was 109 lbs LBM to start and after an intense cutting I ended up at 120 and 109 lbs LBM. I guess not to bad, i just imagine what i'd have lost if i'd not bulked before hand.
This go round i suspect i will try to add on more so i can maintain more. If i can hold a few more lbs of LBM ill be happy. Im suspecting ill work my way up into the 150ish range
Not looking forward to it. Though i must say, even in my bulking my body held alot of muscle, I do pretty good with muscle gains just suck at holding on to it. I stayed in a size 4 thru out my bulking phase. Well except for thos few exceptions where the jeans wouldn't stretch to fit my quads.
I'd like to weigh in at least 123-125 next year. I was so damn small at the end of my cutting last year. Doesn't look like it in my pics because of the illusion of the muscle,
but I barely fit a 2, they were too big for me.
