I skipped the cardio and lifted..did legs..on an empty stomach I firgured the Epi/tren tfo would do my body good..my legs are really lagging so im not even gonna post up my numbers but IT FINALLY HAPPENED!! I fucking puked. I did legs and got a couple of sets in on the incline bench then did some bent over rows thats when my legs started shaking and my body said "FAWWKKK YOUUUUU"
