I saw a young pakistani chap enter the gym today, natrually at 160 and 20% bodyfat he had chosen to wear a wifebeater, and capri pants, dude was lookin sweet.
First thing he does is to swing his whole arm around in a circular motion to loosen off his shoulder, unfortunately he didn't realise the top was loose on his water bottle, so there was some indoor sprinkler action happenin.
Next off he walks around throwing low jabs wherever he walks, really working the body of an imaginary opponent.
Then does a set of bicep curls surprisingly, also surprisingly his form wasn't so good, but that didn't perturb him, he then enters the main free-weight area and stands pretty much in the middle and hits a full back double biceps pose, and holds it for a good 30 seconds whilst checking himself out in 3 different mirrors.
More sets of biceps are punctuated by ab poses, bicep poses and more boxing work against an imaginary opponent.
I hope he will be my personal trainer.
