Post cycle Pics.

i cant seem to get the camera adjusted to get a good bicep picture, that or the timer snaps before i can get my big ass over there haha..

my triceps overpower my biceps, and my delt overpower my chest.. legs need work..

its a work in progress..

i see now that 275 just aint gonna do it for me..i still feel lean at 260.. im gonna have to go 290-295 before i get to the size i want to be i think, its a long road but hell thats half the fun..


im 22 years old by the way i didnt post that in the original stats

50mg dbol


then

100mg test ED
50-75mg tren ED
100mg winny
.5 cabaser
50mg proviron
1.25 letro

tren is my new best friend..

next cycle i plan on

900-1000mg test e 1-16
800mg eq 1-16
600mg tren e 1-10

maybe some dbol to kickstart

and the scary thing and that your frame is not even filled out yet so you have the ability to be a True Mass Monster with Quality

I urge you to lift for more reps now andn the quality training route as you are probably as stong as you need to be right now.

i completely agree here omega, i have recently been concentrating more on proper form/technique for each lift vs how much weight im throwing up.. i used to work in the 5-8 rep range, now im sticking with 10-12 on all lifts, mostly working til failure.. the pumps are so much more intense..

i have been working in alot more pause sets recently mostly on my back routine.. lighter weight, high reps, with 2-3 sec holds where you reeaally feel the pump/burn.. take note, i dont mean 30 lbs on lat pulldowns.. i just mean lighter than before
