Police shoot dog, then cite owner for leash violation

This police officer is clearly incompetent and has no right to be on the streets. How does one confuse a floppy eared cocker spaniel running up to get a pat on the head with one charging to attack? Why the hell didn't she just use pepper spray? An officer with this poor perception and decision making is a public menace.

The greatest lesson here is DO NOT CALL THE POLICE. They are dumb civil servants who cannot suced in a marketdrvien economy, so they hide their incompetence, insecurity and immaturity behind a badge and a mantra of "service" and "bravery".

this is really sad because i know of some good cops but they all end up getting very bad names because of a few fucking idiots on power trips.

This is just one of the many reasons I still think Police Officer jobs should be a strictly "male" dominated profession. People screw up all the time m/f,... yes, but, for example judging on physical ability alone, why pay one officer the same salary, as another one when the female officers have difficulty doing the job, as compared to a male officer most times.


I know this may piss a lot of you off...but just my opinion.
