I wouldnt shoot the cop.
But if some bitch shot my dog, I would get her name & badge #. Then, using her name, go online and find tax records, property records, criminal records or whatever and find out where she lived. I think you could come up with your own ideas from there.
You could also spread news of the incident to every available news force and paint her as cruel animal killer (which she is, but you could exaggerate the effort).
Or, hire a PI to follow the cop around when she's off duty and see if you can catch her engaged in any "conduct unbecoming of an officer".
Make sure to file complaints with every office you can, his superiors, etc. and encourage your friends to do it also. Dig through her trash and see what you can find.
The bottom line is that when you're retaliating against someone in that position, you cant be blatant or direct. You have to be every bit as dirty and scheming as the po would be. If you cut off the head of the officers dog and threw it through her window 2 days after she shot your dog, they'd probably have a pretty good idea who did it.

This was a female cop? Many of them are bitches, dykes with something to prove. I was pulled over by a female cop years ago for something I didn't even do. I was sure she would understand and let me go. She came back with a smartass smirk on her face and a ticket. I was so pissed that I threw the ticket in the street for her to see. I went to court to fight it. THe bitch showed up with that same smirk on her face. I hate women on a power trip. I think they are worse than men on a power trip. Women and certain minorites who seek and gain power seem to be the worst.

99% of the time I would be the last person to degrade women, but it seems that it is just too much of a coincidence that so many bad things that I hear about cops doing are done by women. With the exception of a handful of serious weight trainers women are way to easy to overpower. But most of the mistakes made by female cops that I’ve herd about don’t have anything to do with their physical weakness so much as judgment errors. It’s as if women as a group just can’t deal with the stress that comes with being a cop.
Women can do lots of other things just as good as men but they simply lack the physical and emotional strength to be cops or military personnel.
holy shit! it's sad!!!!! I own two dogs myself and if ever it happened to me. you could be sure that the officier would be in some trouble. He would be in coma right now I guess... You know what? I wouldn't be sad for one second if this officier would die. Come on! A cocker! He was comming for a suicide, while firearms should have been left at the office. Talk about some shit!
