Please review my cycle for someone who's been off for a couple of years

Just researching for a friend, not for me. I don't do drugs.

He is considering:
300mg Test E every 5 days for 7 weeks (works out to about 420mg/week)
Arimidex .33-.5mg ED for 8.5 weeks
PCT starting at end of week 8.5
Nolva 40mg ED for 14 days
Nolva 20mg ED for 14 days.

He had wanted to run 300iu HCG every 5 days as week but he won't have reliable access to a refridgerator or clean mixing environments.

Not implying that. I was once a wild one myself, however my new job is very strict on ANY drug use. Therefore, I'm just doing some research for a friend.

Most will tell you to trun the test longer, 10-12 weeks or so, and use the A-dex if needed.

and tell youre friend drugs are bad.

First off that would be a waste, the test won't even kick in till like week 6. It needs to be ran an absolute minimum of 10weeks. Adex is fine @ .5 ED to minimize bloat.
PCT Starts 12 days after last inject.
Don't need to run HCG every 5 days.
He can run nolva 20mg ED for 3 wks and
also HCG 300IU ED for 10 days will be sufficient.
or run clomid

500mg test E mon and thurs weeks 1-10 12 is best.
btw what r your friend's stats. how old is he and how long has he been lifitng for.

u dont feel test working till week 6???? jeez, i notice the shit by the end of week 2
