Ofcourse! It's called water weight, and yes it gives your strength. If your ran a high Anti-e you'd see the difference, just IMO

well i have ran test with several diff types of anti-es and always have i noticed it kicking in by the 3rd week.....so i think its safe to say that if my bench has increased by 40-50lbs and ive gained 15 lbs by week 3 that its kicked in, water weight or no water weight, 15lb weight gain is a good inidcator that its 'kicked in"

hate to brake it to you.but no imployer test for aas.shit I get drug tested evry day by the court and they dont even test for it.
