with all that gear you're taking you're veins will be popping out in no time. As far as your diet goes.....make sure you eat atleast 1.5g of protein per pound of body weight, 2g carbs per pound of body weight, and about .15g of fat per pound of body weight. The foods should consist of chicken, steak, tuna, eggs, fish, oatmeal, rice, fruit, and vegies....you might wanna get some fat from oils like canola, flax seed, and olive oil.....or you could go with the infamous all natural peanut butter.
