IMO you need to eat more meals, eat every 3 hours. add more chicken/ turkey etc....solid foods. do you take your whey with milk? lots of sugar in milk if you're drinking a few pints a day. drink loads of water, 1.5 gallons/day. and do cardio 1st thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
tren e will help to as you will probly still gain muscle on a calorie restricted diet.
