Well I actually weigh only 170 and on squats I go 5*10 starting with 315 on up to 585, so I dont know, and they are full squats, I dont sit down or anything but I get the hams worked good by going down strictly at a level resistance to where im able to make it back up.He could beef up, but for some people its harder like he said,but if hes determined he'll get there.
