Thansk bro, my arms and shoulders are my pride and joy. Too bad you cant see my back, because its spectacular from what im told (i cant see it lol). As far as the traps, I never really thought about it since people usually compliment me on them. I'll definantly incorporate them harder into my routine. As far as chest, hell ya. For some reason my chest is very strong but not thick. Its also 48in now. Thanks to everyone who gave me positive critizism and suggestions, and congrats on your avitar walkingbeast. And debaser, i didn't really feel like getting into it with you, so all i'm going to say, is fuck you. I was a catcher for many many years BEFORE i started bodybuilding and ran the 40 in 4.9, before i started even working out. My legs have always been strong, so dont give me that shit. Try CONSTRUCTIVE critisizm, it gets the point across much better, and your not percieved as an asshole. Thansk again guys, karma is where it belongs!
