i have had an internal position for about 1 year now which means that i travel about 20% of the time. airports, hotels, conferences and i do fine. im just not hungry anymore. i still have my regular job on the boilers but ive got the same eating routine even though im not on them all the time.

ok. I just worry about diets like this. :rose: My previous statement stands, tho - I have a lot of respect for you.

Just make sure you're getting some vitamins and ietary suppliments in your system.

Utter bullshit. No way did you lose 112 pounds in 3.5 months.

You would have needed to lose 1 pound a day for 3.5 months. That is a minus of -3500 calories below maintenance a day. Why are you lying to these people?

i have no way how the whole calories equates to pounds thing works but ill tell you what jackass, i worked my ass off, literally, to do it. 140 degrees, 10 flights of stairs per hour, average of 12 hours a day, yeah the weight comes off. believe it or not thats the first even remotely negative thing ive had thrown at me since ive been here. i guess it was only a matter of time. thanks to everyone else for their support.

it could be done - especially if you're body is new to exercise. (IF you told me you were taking DNP - then I'd totally believe you. lolol ) - that being said, I'm surprised you didn't kill yourself. lolol I'm assuming you lost at least as much muscle mass as you did fat. Maybe more.

Do you have any other before pics?

which is why I'm asking for more pics. ;) I like giving people the benefit of the doubt - but you're right. It is kind of ricidulous.

let's do some math:

3 months = 90 days.
112 lbs = 392,000 calories burned.

so - he would have had to burn 4,356 calories ABOVE maintenance every day for 90 days to lose 112 lbs.

maintenance proly = 2500 - 3000 calories,
so total calories burned each day would = approx 7,356.
that includes weekends. :D

you're right. it would be damn near impossible without the help of drugs. With DNP, enitirely possible. Without it....doubtful.
