my wife says the same thing about the scales. i think its just a fat phobia on my part. i hope there is no rebound, i believe that ive changed my glutonous lifestyle. ive been here for over a year at a healthy fitness level and ive no plans of changing it. i do need more cardio though.
my weight fluctuates about 6lbs during the day. least in the morning, most at night. my bf is the opposite though, least at night, most at morning.
