pix before and after 3 1/2 month 112lbs loss

i ate 1 packet of grits and 4 slices of bacon once a day and worked out like a bastard. if i got hungry i ate a bag of popcorn. also the only thing i drank, and still the only thing now, is fat free milk. im a believer in fat free milk!!!

congrats on your wt loss but you actually carry off a little extra weight quite well. you look like a happy man.
 
its really not a joke. ive already posted this in another thread but ill run back through. i work in a papermill as a recovery boiler operator. its about 140 in the winter on my job. i cant eat at work. if i eat and go out to do my job i vomit, its that hot. also i work mostly midnights. so im asleep during the day. if your asleep guess what your not doing, eating!!! all i had to do was make it for about 4 hours a day from when i got up until when i went to work and i was fine. after the first week the pains went away and i could feel the burn baby. it was all downhill from their. the only problem is that i still dont have an appetite. well that coupled with the fact that im still paranoid about getting fat again and weigh 2 or 3 times a day.

obviously, this is not healthy. lol

I hope you're taking multi vitamins and/or other suppliments. Once/if ever this schedule of yours stops - you're in for a pretty big rebound. The scale number is worthless. Why you're weighing yourself 3 times a day is a mystery to me. Weight fluctuates by as much as 10-12 lbs in some people throughout the day.

You shouldn't even weight yourself once a day - once a week is more than enough...
 
my wife says the same thing about the scales. i think its just a fat phobia on my part. i hope there is no rebound, i believe that ive changed my glutonous lifestyle. ive been here for over a year at a healthy fitness level and ive no plans of changing it. i do need more cardio though.

my weight fluctuates about 6lbs during the day. least in the morning, most at night. my bf is the opposite though, least at night, most at morning.

what's keeping you from eating right now is work right? If your schedule changed to where your work circumstances weren't so severe and you had a little extra time on your hands...do you feel you could still not eat?
 
i have had an internal position for about 1 year now which means that i travel about 20% of the time. airports, hotels, conferences and i do fine. im just not hungry anymore. i still have my regular job on the boilers but ive got the same eating routine even though im not on them all the time.
