I mean, the rest are not overly terrible, but in some cases are not even noticeable at all. WTF?

Before and after pics of male chest implants. Safe for work. No nudity or offensive material. (except their bird chests)
 
some are half decent, most are WTF!?

btw: aap, just say no. It's not worth it dude - just bust harder int he gym (or get an orange sweater).

the second one down was actually a chest wall deformity reconstruct, but he still looked better before



and yeah, the rest just look like crap...some look like bad bewbs
 
jeezuz. . .the ones where you can see a significant difference look like friggin' boobs. . .can't imagine wtf anyone would do that for :confused:
 
You can get chest implants like those from the swap shop for $499. Man, those are bad.

Do case numbers 26050 & 26115 realize their implants look very womanly?

Ya those guys with the side view look like they got a set of tits. I wouldnt let my doc even take a pic if that was me. Not one looks good.
These docs actualy proud of their work? Dudes got some serious issues if they like that look.
I like the one where it says the guy was having a hard time putting on muscle on his chest, but he doesnt have muscle anywhere and is a sloppy wreck.
 
Those are some rather unsatisfactory results. Two weeks at the gym would have been more improvement for any of those guys.
 
300g of protein and 6 months in the gym would have made more sense to me. And it would look better. If all they are concerned with is their chest they could work out for 30 mins once a week and just do chest. I should write a book on how to save on male breast implants.
 
I'm running a special - show up in GR, I'm sure I can find something to cut you open and stuff something into your pectorals. Gotta look better than those pictures. Only charge = T&E.

I still maintain that two weeks worth of beginner gains would have done more for any of those guys than the implants. Six months of well-focused training would be orders of magnitude better.

I didn't make it past the first page but if I were that doc I sure teh hell would not use close to 80% of those pics for advertising. Unless some skinny guy was shopping for a $4000 scar.
 
a lot of those procedures were to fix structural issues; you can see how their chests are misshapen in a couple of the before pics. but yea the guys who got straight up implants are fucking idiots; enjoy your breasts faggot

I saw some cosmetic surgery show where some skinny cat got reasonably sized implants and it looked decent. With his shirt on I suppose it could've passed for a natural chest. Never seen one I'd called a natural looking result shirt off though and isn't that the point? If you just look weird barechested didn't you just pay several grand to look like a clown?

As for getting implants in general, men should consider glutes before any other area. (Do they have booty implants?) Flat welfare butts are unattractive and men often seem to have real trouble building fullness down there. Would seem that getting a natural looking result down there would be more likely than the chest. You've got a nice fat layer there to soften the result.

The only excuse to get pec implants would be if you have an injury or something that wrecked your chest. I have a friend who had to get a big chunk of his right deltoid cut out due to a tumor, and he has a hard rubber thing to make it so there's not a big dent there. For boys with a bone problem called Pectus Excavatum, they break the sternum as a mid-teen, and brace it farther out, and it does the same thing in a way as pec implants. But that's fixing a birth defect that can actually cause a heart problem if not fixed. Also if it's not fixed as a boy, he'll have an inverted chest that looks really bizarre as an adult.
