lol jk

I know I have some work to do fellas. Don't you worry Ill add more pics soon and make you believe.

Burn I will def keep a thread to update my primo run with pics. Think I may start in the next week or so.

I'll take the diet and training tips tho. Will up the protein and eat very clean (so tired of chicken and fish already!)
gonna up the volume too.

Ive been changing my cardio up:
5 days a week post-workout:
3 days - 30 mins fast pace walk @ huge incline
2 days - HIIT (working my way up to all 5 days here)
(any help here is appreciated...I also occasionally throw in stairmaster)
should i change this to AM cardio or PreWorkout Cardio??

I always try to do AM cardio on an emptly stomach. I would never do pre-workout cardio, so if I didn't do AM I would do post WO.

I'm 6'4" and when I was 240ish looked just as big as those pics when i was around 15% bf. My thighs hold a ton of weight. The smallest i toned down to we're 27" right now they are 29.5" and I'm at 260 and 20%~ bf. work has detained me sadly.

At 300 and 20% bf you're looking at 240 lbs of lean mass. If I had 35 lbs more of muscle on me I'd look bigger than OP. it's hard to judge. I know how it goes being tall but I'd put you more at 280 if you're 20% bf. definitely has the mass build though.

Looking good OP. no disrespect.

Okay thanks.
someone told me pre-workout cardio (only walking on an incline, not so much running) is good because your heart rate gets up, and stays at that ellivated state throughout your workout...which forces more fat loss.

I haven't tried this, but I did read that dylan does 1.5 hours of cardio before his workouts....so it could have some reputableness (if that is even a word)

im trying and trying to get up in the mornings for cardio.....seems about as viable as pigs flying for me, but I set the alarm every day to do it, just cant wake up. ONE DAY!

Walking at a mild incline for 10-15 min pre workout is absolutely a good idea. It's mote just to warm the whole body up and get the blood flowing everywhere and wake up your CNS. I'm not talking 130-140 bpm type cardio. Just brisk walking. You should be able to carry on a conversation during. I go like 10-12 min at 2 degrees at like 3.5 mph. Btw....on a treadmill you need to set the incline on 2 to have it equal walking on normal ground.

Okay, ill try that out. I was told go at 5% @ 3.5mph and try to get to 150 bpm. so similar thoughts on the subject.
when i do my HIIT cardio I have been getting between 170-180 BPM.

is 5 days of cardio a week enough? I can go up to 7 if need be, or even 2 times a day. but my main goal lately with it has been adding time. I got 32 minutes of HIIT yesterday, and having been trying to add 5 minutes every week with the ultimate goal of 60 minutes on non-workout days. 45 mins on workout days

I agree with you here. Try to join Led thread and there he says that he do moderate cardio before WO. He says by doing so, you supply enough oxygen to your muscles and keep the right heart rhythm. The thread is called "Led head Unleashed".

150BPM for pre workout warm up cardio is WAY overkill. Your just trying to get the CNS stimulated and blood flowing everywhere.

180 on regular cardio? How old are you bro? That sounds extremely high. I know for myself I'm 36 and my target BPM for High intensity cardio ie: walking at a 15 degree incline at 3mph is 145-ish. Even doing interval sprinting I never get above 165 bpm.
