Physique Altering Exercises Poll

Which exercise is the most physique-altering one?

Reading comprehension is not your thing. Low ACT scores, eh?

We are in the 'Weight Training and Weight Lifting sponsored by D-Blade.com' forum, and not the 'Whatever the Hell Topic Gjohnson5 Wants to Twist the Conversation In To Because He Bought a Flashy Title For Himself' forum.

If you can find one mention of the rowing you speak of as a weight lifting exercise, I'd like to see it.

Keep digging, pal. The bottom's getting closer.

Anyway to step out of the idiot farm...

I picked rowing BECAUSE it has an aerobic element (a large part of it) and an anaerobic element. In terms of physique altering effectiveness (making the assumption you mean positive results) , if you are eating way above your metabolic rate and you are resting alot between sets , squats and deadlift WON'T be the most effective exercise. If squats are done with lower weight, higher reps and little rest between sets, then squats can become very intense. But that would make squats more aerobic woulnd't it???

Dude , you just need to accept the fact that threads don't always get posted in the correct forum , instead of continuing this nonsense...

Show me where this poll/thread is intended to mean anything other than weight lifting. I'll save you the trouble -you can't.

A poll about weight lifting exercises in the weight training forum seems appropriate to me. What other forum would be a better match for this thread???

God what a waste of my time dealign with this....

If the goal of the athlete is t obe a powerlifter , then this could have been posted in the powerlifting board

If the goal of the athlete is fat burning then this could have been in the cardio board.

If the goal of the athlete is to be better at his sport , then this could be in the sports forum

It's just idiotic to assume that "physique altering exercises" means only weight lifting.

There is no assumption. Please review the choices listed in the poll. Then admit that you were wrong. There -- doesn't that feel better? It's freeing, isn't it?

You will not win this argument. You are clearly wrong; it's plain to see. Re-read this thread and it may sink in to that little walnut-sized brain that's rattling around in your skull.

Keep up the arguing. It's rather comical to see your stupidity on display. I've never seen anything quite like it (other than waynelucky on bodybuilding.com, of course).
