Physique Altering Exercises Poll

Which exercise is the most physique-altering one?

  • Total voters
    102
I'm torn fetween DL and Squat. Squats hit the quads harder, and they are the biggest muscle group in the body. But deads hit more groups. Tough call. I can't decide.

I'll throw in a vote for military press. Looking at the question, it is about physique altering, not strength, so I picked this one.

When a person develops a wicked set of delts it is very visible to even non-weight trainers. In a shirt, a tank, on the beach. Combined with tight abs makes for a good V shape.

When you loiter in an idiot farm , I guess noone would appear that bright

You, good sir, are the ripest fruit on the vine of stupidity.

Rows over squats and DL's? I'd like to see that choice defended.

yep , that idiot farm is taking it's toll... Asking for rowing information on in a weight lifting forum makes a whole lot of sense as well. The effects must be rubbing off..... Anyway, having tried competitive rowing myself , I know that it is difficult

I think it's clear that the thrust of the discussion is weighlifting exercises, not cardio. This is the weightlifting forum, after all. Granted, the subject header does not spell it out for you but the poll choices should have made it clear as day.

The farm analogy backfired heartily on you. You would do best by exiting this discussion gracefully before the superiority of my wit overwhelms you further. Or you could bloom another gem such as:

I missed the part where anyone asked about rowing, other than the freeweight version.

LOL!!!!

If you want to call rowing 100% cardio for the sake of a failed argument , then I guess that's on you.

The title of this discussion says "physique altering exercises" So to step into the idiot farm with you, how do you come to the conclusion that the only physique altering exercises are anaerobic making the screwy assumption that rowing is 100% cardio???

That superior wit is really helping you :FRlol::FRlol::FRlol::FRlol::FRlol:
