Guys i need your advice

Having just moved countries i no longer have any access to juice, this is not an advert for scammers so any scammers reading please fuck off.
Do these prohormones have any effect at all? I was looking at the Twin Labs protein which contains 1 ad 4ad and stuff, will this help put on any mass or wll it be better spending money on steak and chicken, whoch i do anywya by the way. I dont expect it to work as well as my old test/dbol stack but some gains would be nice.

Do a search for the thread 69muscle did. He stacked Ergo 1-AD and topical 4-AD, has pictures posted too of his results.
