with the "lighter" bar again. I felt a lot better doing these today - wrists
didnt bother me too much and they felt smoother...


DB Bench Press 3x10 DB + 18,5kg

had to skip them cause I was in a hurry to get to practice. I will do them
tomorrow.
 
we won our first game last weekend 9-7. I only got scored against once and
my line was responsible for 5 of our 9 goals. I didnt do anything Sun through
Tue because I was really lazy :oops: . This weekend we have back to back
home games.

+2,5kg. I dont think I ever did that many power cleans with 70kg but I
caught all of them. Some felt good some didnt...

+2,5kg. They felt like crap and sure do look like crap. Am I doing them
too heavy? it looks like there is no drive in the second pull just one motion
from the floor to the shrug...

easy - however ever since I started doing them I experience this
uncomfortable feeling in my thoracic.
 
by the way I decided to drop at around 5kg of body weight. I am now around 80kg with
15-17% bodyfat and it seems to me that my weight is affecting my on ice performance
so I want to go down to 75kg and 12% bf. that's 4.6kg of bodyfat
Any suggestions on how to do this with the shitload of workouts I got?

eat quality clean food often ... no junk... some HIIT cardio wouldn't hurt.

I think I got them down now. Reracking is way smoother and my wrists
are fine - I still feel the stretch but that is okay. I am sure I could move
alot more weight on these.

pretty heavy. last rep in the third set was quite a grind...
 
Looking really good, much more smooth and fast. But stop looking down at yourself on lifts, and you really don't want to be doing that during a clean! If you lead with your head, you run the risk of pulling backward or not finish the pull at all!.

On clean pulls: extend the bar past your hips, not into your hips.

Looks good, especially the push presses!
