u mean during the lifts or right before I start the lift when I am checking if my
toes are in one line?

I do but coaches havent brought the snatch up yet. I think due to my limited
time the probably want to go for the clean first and then start working on the
snatch when the cleans start getting better...

Oh i see, it would be a good idea to kick the looking down during the lift habit then, ive lost too many snatches forwards due to looking down at a crucial moment, the bar follows your eyes etc etc.

Keep up the good work!
 
we won both games this weekend. I was toasted at the end of the 2nd
game. I got shot at during our noon skate today and my left big toe is
bruised up badly. I cant even walk without severe pain. Hope ice helps...

I also decided to dismantle my power rack and move it somewhere else if I
can clear up some space. Then I will move my oly lifting stuff to the power
rack's room and with a simple sqaut rack I am all set :chomp:

I can tell your grip is letting go on the clean pulls you don't seem "commited" on the lift as when your confident with a good grip... I hate that too.

As far as I was told Clean Pulls are for overloading and it's more than OK to use straps for them.

Chalk would help too.
