pct/workout

What kind of routine/workout is used during pct or after cycle i.e. deload, hst, etc.... Like if you did strength training during cycle, what would be best for pct and vice versus.

p.s. if there is another thread with the answer just put it up.
 
i continue the same way just lessen the sets
 
You'll get better responses in this forum, as this is a training question.

I'd go with heavier weights, less training time, less overall number or reps.
 
well I was doing some research about it and one thing I read was that it's better to strength training when on a cycle and do an hst type routine when you come off(no break between routines). The theory is in your new found strength, your gains in muscle mass are really high when you do an hst routine.

another thing I read was that it's better to do a recovery routine i.e. 2-3x10 3xweek medium weight for 2 weeks and then a routine of your choice. I'm guessing the theory in this is you did a heavy amount of work and trying to compensant for overtraining.
