Umm could be right man, once i got down to 10% last summer i just looked like i didnt lift in a shirt, fuck that shit. I want to eat AT maintenance..could this take BF and put on muscle? I hear nothing but good things about shit like that. I know theoretically you can't do it naturally but isnt this another ballgame?
sure its possible but if youre young and this is your first time, it can be unweildy thats all. Its very hard to cut fat without losing weight but gear certainly helps with that. Thats why you always see guys do bulkers then cutters cycles. When I ran my first cycle I ran JUST testosterone on its own, no ancillaries, no nothing. Just to see how my body reacts so I can gauge future cycles and what I will have to do on cycle for my own body. Who knows, maybe I would have very little bloat and not need the AI thrown in. Of course I bloated big time but thats the point, to learn what taking only testosterone would do without so many variable. Just remember the more you lower estrogen, the more you affect your gains because you need estrogen also. But estrogen causes...water retention and gyno and etc etc lol Its a hard balance to walk between lowering estro but not so much that you negate your gains.
If you ate at maintenance, threw in cardio, then youre looking at a nice chance of losing the fat while gaining the muscle. But its just so damn hard because the body does not want to do that at all no matter what.
Keep the protein at least 1.5 grams per pound of bodyweight also.
If its your first testosterone cycle and youre young, its just going to be a lot easier to go the regular route of upping your calories and protein, putting on the mass on cycle, then stripping it off afterwards.
I mean, if all you want to do is drop 2% BF then forget the roids, up your protein, train hard and heavy in the gym, hit cardio a few days a week and you should be there in about the same amount of time?

Hey bro we all like the low BF look, of course.
Look at it this way, for you to be 10 lbs up and 9% BF, you will have to gain a total of 15 lbs of pure muscle, not just muscle mixed in with some fat and bloat. Since you only weigh 175 to begin with thats a ton. Certainly possible but no small feat to say the least. Doubly hard when its your first test cycle. Cardio will be a must and your diet will have to be dialed in. Hopefully you wont have severe calf pumps from the cycle so you can do all that cardio.
But how do you know what "dialed in" is if this is your first cycle? The parameters change when youre on cycle and if its your first cycle you dont know what all the variables will do.
I guess the moral of the story is be prepared for anything to happen when you throw too many variables into the equation. such as not putting on any weight, but you lose fat. Or you could gain 20 lbs mass and fat. Or you could put on 5 lbs and lose 5 lbs and think the cycle was a failure when it actually wasnt, you just shuffled too many things around and shot yourself in the foot.
I agree 100% with this post. Pick a goal and have realistic expectations. Bodybuilding is amarathon and not a sprint. You aren't going to build the body you want in one cycle.

Whats your end game with cycling in general? If its to be ultimately 10 lbs heavier and 9% then gonna need more than one cycle for that. You could do that in a year easy. But then after you get a taste of the gear your goals change. You just gonna stop doing roids at that point? Hell no lol

Haha fuck man, i havent had a Lays potato chip for years! My end goal? Fuck man i'd have to say 190-195Lbs @ 8% at my 5'10 height. I know DAMN WELL that won't happen with one cycle, but thats my goal im hoping to achieve while im in college for the next 3 years. I'm dropping the Tbol, just going to go with Test E and kick Anavar on the end ASLONG as no weird sides show before week 8. Apparently var has almost no sides except pumps, making it an oral of choice but its so fucking pricey. Not a huge deal tho, the VA(gi bill) is sponsoring this cycle you know what i mean? Lolll

Ok thats a realistic long term goal there. Gonna be tough to keep the BF at that low but thats what cardio and diet is for. Im your height and 205 and no way Im anywhere near any Mr. O guys lol
