Damn you're what I would consider to be the perfect bodybuilding height, lucky bastard. Being 6'3 makes it a bitch to thicken up. Add my height to my ectomorphic body-type and its a perfect mix to make a slow gainer! But thats the reason my bf is always so low, so I guess I can deal with it

Yeah im glad im short(ish) for that reason, must be a pain in the ass being 6'3" and ecto.
Cutting up for summer/beach, and im getting down to the 181 class so i can take a shot at the Junior or Open 181 CT powerlifting records. Im doing a push pull in June and it will be my first meet. I would do fine in the 198's, i could stay there, but i also want to se how low i can get my bf. Lowest ive been is 7% (calipers)
