No, for the record I was not talking about Nefertiti, I don't even really know her much less see hardly any of her posts here on this site...(no offense) I was talking in general, giving my opinion on something that I think should have my opinion..

Also with that being stated, are you claiming that I am an instigator or that another person who would like to become the ombudsman is an instigator? Let's just cut to the friggin chase and get to the point on what your post is representing here!

I honestly feel as though seeing you are the only one to want to jump up and get your panties in a twist and take my words and create them into which ever you choose, that you my friend are the one at this point that needs to clarify a bit more as to what you are implying here! Thanks

Nef and Ortiz.
Nef brings a discernment, sharp like a fucking ginzu blade, an understanding an open mind that reflects her eclectic background, a genuine compassion. However, what I dig most about Nef is her awareness of balance. She embodies an awesome, yet precise combination of pragmatic logic to solve problems, but she also has an innate nature that pushes her towards the ideal, or how things should be. Its a good balance, and today when balance is needed more during these times, I can't see a better quality to have as a souce of strength to draw on. To me, she is an embodiment of professionalism, class, and progress. She is always working on herself somehow, and trying to live life to its fullest. She has compassion and an awesome straight forward communication that expresses common sense. Common Sense is the foundation of genius, in a sense, common sense is genius. I have always been comfortable with her decisions.

Ortiz brings passion, an innate, instinctual re-cognition of social patterns emerging in peeps or the whole social dynamic of C&C. Dude has like a kinda clairsentience or acute intuitive feel of what is being felt by the whole community. This I notice. He also has the courage to stick to his guns in the midst of battle, while most peeps, even the strongest and most intelligent of us, falter in self doubt, Ortiz is such a stubborn son of a bitch that if he believes in what he is doing, dude will keep coming forward like RagingBull style no matter how hard or much he has been hit. This is an awesome quality to have if you are representing those who are not in positions of power. He fucks around, sure, but he would take this position with utter seriousness and I believe he would see it as a challenge to galvanize his own inner values. Ortiz with his experience, inner strength, and renewed sense of making this our home is solid and promising for this position.

2 great peeps who IMO are awesome and would be more than content if they represented my best interests.

I think anyone wanting this position isn't out for the people but out for themselves. Maybe it makes them feel better or something. This is sorta like the union rep. In ways it is say what you want. Someone has to have a voice for the people. That is what its about right? Reading some of certain people's back posts, LOL hell I would do better by myself.

I just take it as pretty clear from the way that things were handled that this site doesn't value my membership or money. So, I won't give them any more money. As long as they allow me the ability to talk to the peeps that I like on here, I will continue to do so. If they ban me, so be it.

She went overboard and I called her ass out. She continued to fight with me a little bit after that but it was the end.
Depends on the kind of relationship you have with your boss.
What is she gonna do fire me, lol. She knows I'll walk and then she'd have to try to fill the position. I'm almost always a very calm easy going guy, but when I do infact get pissed I have been told my facial structure totally changes and that look pretty scary. From nice guy, to i'll fucking kill you real quick.
What I quoted was just a very confrontational response, that's all. Sometimes this is necessary, sometimes not to prove a point. I don't know the specifics so I'd be speaking out of ignorance by siding with either one of you.
You were both quick to point out that stilleto is not the boss, but being a mod is position of authority which is why this conversation brought up a work memory. If she paid it seems from an outsiders perspective that she deserves to be given back her membership. At the same time ranting about how the site doesn't give a shit about it's members is going overboard IMO. Probably not going to to do much in terms of rectifying the situation and just instigating trouble. I would be pissed too, just not how I would go about it.

I'm not frowning. I'm in a great mood. Devin gets his first haircut tomorrow, and I'm excited about that. I'll post pics if I don't get my third infraction now. I've already gotten two for having a grievance...lol. How hilarious, really. First of all, I only said that mods don't take my side. Stilleto drew out the conversation by asking what I meant by the comment. When I explained, I got an infraction for explaining, per HER request to do so. Baiting and then infractions. I get banned on infraction number 3, right? I've got one to go. You think this comment will do it?

Well, you've made your point. As long as you didn't do anything horribly wrong you will get your membership back. It doesn't make good business sense for the site to with hold it for no good reason. It will deter other members from going COTB, which I'm sure they donot want. I really don't know specifics so I really don't know WTF happened. The frustrating part for you if you'r not guilty of any real wrong doing is that this is a private issue that other members cannot have your back because they really don't know what really and truly went down.
For that I'd feel your pain and would be pretty pissed too if that was the case. If you really feel that way then I'd contact George himself maybe.

I don't see a problem with HR. In fact, before all the bull she was quite a nice personality to have around. I don't think she is ranting, hell she has money tied up for people who come here to have a wealth of info. In today's world that is a chunk of change.
