Ok to load syringes for full cycle?

My cycle begins on monday..i was wondering if its ok to load up all the syringes for the next 10weeks?..thats 20syringes...just so I can wake up and do it instead of drawing it out and everything and so I can get rid of some of the evidence...is this sterile and safe?

I wouldn't pre-load. Why not just use a bigger guage to load? it should not take more then 1-2min tops.
