thx man.... did 4 from last April to this. Got 2nd in the Superheavie open in each one. All Cali shows. Lindsay productions. Qualified for the Nationals so Im taking a little time off dieting and competition prep to gain some additional muscle
5 days a week 30-45 min interval cardios @ 2AM
id sleep 4 hours, wake up, go to the gym, do cardio, come home, eat and shower..sleep for another 4 hours then wake up and eat again then go back to the gym for my weight workout
