i feel my strong points are my chest, bis and legs

You look great bro good job
u worked me by 12 lbs dog! I was 286 in my fat elf picture :p

Wulfgar, Im curious about your month off. How often do you take this much time off? Do you do any training at all during this time, any suppliments, any AS? Or is it just a straight up break from everything for 4 weeks? I would be afraid of losing too much with that amount of time off unless I was running at least a low dose of test.

Amazing transformation. Inspiring to say the very least. May i ask, what do you do for work that fits that kind of training schedule?

Congrats on the hard work and contest results, you deserve it.

thx for the compliements my friend.... :coffee:
I have gotten lucky enough in my early 20's to be a successful buissness owner and thus @ 25 Im independantly wealthy enough to only have to really adress buissness concersn maybe 5-10 hours during the week. Mainly due to wise real eastate investments in my late teens. between those investments and the revenue my buissness generates for me Im pretty well off to pursue what i want to.

you're only 25? Lol damn...im 24, 25 later this month, you've got quite some development for your age brother! :) It's funny..you sound alot like me , I have an exercise science degree, , current in RN school with aspirations soon tom go to anesthesiology school...they make 150-250K a year down here in boca, gotta love $$$. My own custom made house (paid off of course) in one of the richest areas in florida, so It's def. easier to pay bills when working part time, along with numerous investments in corporate funds and whatknot ive done for awhile with my dad's recommandations since he has a dollar amount in assets i probably shouldnt post on here since im not exactly the bragging type..lol. :verygood: ..thus why i take his advice on these concepts of investing, as well as my little brother's advice since he's one of the top professional traders for the chicago stock exchange in chicago, not bad for a 22 yr old kid eh, I consider him a genious.

It's good you have your head on straight wulfgar...thats a great and smart mentality to have...I see and know alot of bb'ers that just do this for a living, and sacrifice their job, relationships, friends, etc...family, etc etc for bodybuilding which IMO is very stupid..i think anyone..and ever a bodybuilder, should live a balenced life...like us guys. I have tons of hobbies outside bodybuilding, it's what keeps me sane and relaxed., Good example of this is also my bud dareem charles who goes to my gym (ill see him there 2morrow round 6:30 with renel-his son-theyre great folks, his wife is a sweetheart also)...now dareem did the same as us basically, although he started with much less when moving from trinidad (where my ma was born) while moving to america, kid had 19 bux in his pocket, basically started from scratch. And yet he had the persistance and determination to make a name for himself through wise investments and hard long hours of improving his physique, getting connections (networking, this is HUGE in this industry), his name out there, investments, etc etc etc. So sure when he was OUR age (mid 20s) he didnt have all the fancy shmancy stuff us 2 have, but he made the investments necessary to pay off debt, made investments, save money-for his house, his kid's college fund, etc. Now sure I can say I want a lightly used lambo, a high end new farrari, or viper, or make a downpayment on a 5000+ square foot house in broward county, but would that be logical? Hell naww...probably kinda dumb. For now Im just happy and blessed to have what I DO have, grateful actually, the parents that helped me along the way, who are both what I consider the perfect parents...my persistance to get to where I am, my friends for support, (in the gym, online, etc)...and overything else in between I forgot to mention. But even to those not as well off as me and you, it's still possible to achieve your goals and get where you want to, when there is a will, there surely is a way and dareem charles is one of the best examples I can use...his new training vid will explain that in great detail as there's a section on financials in there (believe it or not), I'd highly suggest you guys buy it, he's one of the friendliest bodybuilders I know, and even though he doesnt have the prettiest wife, shes a cutie tho (she has a great bod tho), she's so supportive of him, and seems very intelligent and smart (ive had a few long discussions with her, she knows her stuff), so he is lucky to have her, she def helped him get to where he is too I bet. A great way to make money is also by creating automatic attraction systems...this can apply to dating also but you can make online websites where people can purchase information off as it related to bodybuilding, fitness, etc...which I contemplate doing once I start getting to a higher level of bodybuilding down the road and make a name for myself. Although for now, like Wulfgar im sure knows about and does, im just trying to further myself from my last show to improvements on overall development, come in heavier for my next show, get a qualifyer for nats, etc.

As for wulfgar, You looked great at your weight...but for you next show in 18 months or so from now, If i were you...it's not really about weight bro, it's about how you look..look at Tito Raymond...165 shredded and he has his PRO card now...crazy huh? Yep..its all in the latest issue of Ironman :) But anywhoo back to your physique...Id concentrate on those 2 bodyparts as you mentioned, but I'd also concentrate on making your conditioning as crisp and dry as possible. Trust me, at the national level this will MAKE or BRAKE you from getting your pro card. Look at your hammy shot from the back you posted...those suckers need to be striated in each section from the back, each of those 2 major hamstring muscle groups need to be clearly seperated, leading up to the lower regions of the gluteous muscules..there NEEDS to be a clear seperation...guys that have this and good examples are ronnie coleman, dexter jackson, maybe krim dim, david henry (for sure), tommy T. and some others. Of course not just that, but make sure your striated in each muscle group to the extent that you see pros of today are, because thats what it WILL take for you to get notice of the judges that u did ure homework and deserve that pro card brodda. So id say come in no heavier than 260-265 but come in 8-10 lbs TIGHTER, and by that i mean dryer, denser, harder, and leaner. maybe try yohimburn or topical agents for awhile on specific areas that hold bodypart more than others (when your bodyfat is low), so you can pinpoint those areas and get rid of the stubborn bodyfat. For a show at this level, and in this day in age, get your bodyfat and dieting down to a science and get it as low as possible...someone who can help with this is my bro dareem charles. Im using him for posing help on my next show or two..and trust me, he can be very reasonable, and well worth it for us guys I think that really want our pro cards (you sooner than me, but hey...ill be there soon...;-p). Also, he will be great for help on perfecting your posing to an art, since that's what it is really, and also make sure your body is as symmetrical as possible, I found this helps HIGHLY with the judges. For example, at my show, sure I weighed 163 at 5'9, but I beat a guy that won the NY NPC metropolital this year, 16 national qualifyers, competed in 51 NPC shows... he was 5'7 220, 21 inch arms...hard...looked kinda like dareem's... and around 7-8% id guess, his abs were pretty shredded but his hams, legs in general, back arms etc were non striated and soft...his abs were too thick, his posing sucked IMO, his tan sucked (cuz he didnt have any really), and he appeared mean lookin, which I guess didnt matter, but he didnt exactly get the crowds approval. When I left that theater and was in front where the other 500-1000 folks were, i had guys and girls asking ME for autographs and asking to take photos with me, can i say i felt like a pro for that 1 night after my overall? Can you say HELL YEAH? This is me at a measly 163lbs...so you can bet I was shocked, like i said i was ready to take 2nd or 3rd so honestly it is still kinda hard for me to take in..im still motivated out of my mind as i think you can tell. Hell the show was in the heart of morgantown (big city in west virginia, so u can get there was a big turnout).
Im not yet at the level you are, but I may do a National qualifyer in Sept (only for florida athletes) that im confident I can qualify for easily (top 2 in each weight class qualify)...although I may wait till next year and try to go for the whole thing since Id like to improve quite a bit instead of just a little. But anywhoo, I know we both have dreams and aspirations to take this to the top, make a name for ourselves, and bring something new and exciting to this sport to help promote it, and make bodybuilders look like more balenced people that are not just meatheads. I think it can easily be done (as per stated by MIlos Sarcev himself) as long as everything is done with proper planning and prep, consistency to stick to the plans, set goals to reach them by, and an idea of what we'll look like when we're there to place where we want and plan to be. But hey, if you need any help just drop me a PM, i have a couple connections that may be of interest to ya :)

Close bro
I actually live in Sunny San Diego...I would love to visit florida. I hear it is beautiful there.

I agree with what you are sayin in that its more about quality than quanity. I am being realistic about the changes I can procure in my body over the next 18 months. I feel with the knowledge Ive required and the discipline i have in regards to the lifestyle it is entirely possible to hit the stage with a much denser, harder physique. Im preparing myself to really take a quantun leap to the next level and Im taking all the (i beleive) right steps for my body) to get there.
Its such a great ride.
I also do need to find someone to help with my posing. its such an important part of everything and I feel I am lacking in that department.

wow man, great work, that is VERY impressive.
