WIth all this low carb bull, I'm starting to get lost. Everywhere you go, low carb this, low carb that, Adkins this, etc.....here's my question.....Taking "taste" out of the equation, why would you chose a regular whole wheat product such as pasta and/or bread versus a low carb/high fiber pasta or bread? If both have 100% whole grains and are organic, etc...with no added garbarge, wouldn't it be smarter to take in the low carb food? Especially if your goals are to put on LEAN body mass, without using the CKD diet, etc.? Much thanks......:D

It's smarter to choose the low-carb food, but not all people think like us. A lot of people have their tastes and they refuse to drink diet or low-carb for the fear of "being on a diet". Although to us it's unbelievable, I have worked with many people that have this vaguely skewed mentality about food.

Low-carb pasta / bread is going to cost more than similar 'regular' carb pasta / bread.

and it tastes like junk.
