OK anyone thats been training for 10 years or more please give me a great4 dayroutine

I've been training for MANY years I'm 5'6 1/2 207lbs 10% bf and use the old school principles but have read alot of the new ways of (bulking) so its time to look at some new routines , but would like to hear from some experienced lifters. I'm in severe burnout after years of training HELP!!!
 
Westside is a 4-day a week powerlifting program. It is designed to build strength in the 3 core lifts. Do a seach on Westside on this board and the Powerlifting board. There is a ton of info.
