The dieting and training will only have a short term impact on cortisol. Nothing significant to be concerned about.
The elevated levels of cortisol seen post cycle are due to low levels of androgens. Androgens antagonize cortisol. Even then, it's is short term and not permanent. Proper PCT will balance out the HPTA. The glucocorticoid axis will adjust itself accordingly as well. There is no reason to futher manipulate the recovery process.
Once again, the damage from cortisol is highly overrated. First off, cortisol is not constantly secreted throughout the day. Second, your levels would have to be constantly elevated similar to the way it's seen in people with AIDS in order for muscle wasting to occur.
I really wouldn't worry about cortisol unless you have a preexisting medical condition such as Cushing's disease.
