I'm just wondering with some people's workout schedules, do ya'll inj. on off days? Or do you mostly run juice on days you workout only? Also when spreading out the inj. from glutes to quads and rotating them....how much room do you have to spread out the shots in each spot? Like say I run 500mg a week of Test Prop, and inj. EOD......I will switch up from glutes to quads but there has got to be only so many times you can stick yourself in those spots right? Any feedback will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
