Off days?

I'm just wondering with some people's workout schedules, do ya'll inj. on off days? Or do you mostly run juice on days you workout only? Also when spreading out the inj. from glutes to quads and rotating them....how much room do you have to spread out the shots in each spot? Like say I run 500mg a week of Test Prop, and inj. EOD......I will switch up from glutes to quads but there has got to be only so many times you can stick yourself in those spots right? Any feedback will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
 
I have an inj. schedule that I stick to. Wether its a workout day or not. As far as your inj. go, the glutes and quads have an area about the size of your hand, maybe a little smaller, that you can use for inj. You just have to rotate within that area. Do a lookup on the inj. areas and you will see what I mean. later.......pins
 
try to hit spots only 1x a week... so if your doing eod shots and you are using 4 spots you are good to go

so something like
mon right quad
wed left quad
fri right glute
sun left glute
tues repeat...
 
I never hit the same spot without 7 days apart. I rotate between delts, glutes and quads. I might do glutes sometimes with only 5 days in between.
